EcoEt Pearls — The Biological Safe-House

Instead of genetically re-engineering a “super-yeast,” EcoEt uses process engineering to build a “super-home.” Our immobilized biocatalyst beads lock yeast cells in a vegetative, high-density state — achieving ultra-high cell densities (>10&sup9; cells/mL) and directing 100% of carbon flux toward ethanol.
